Looking for a new printer right to buy at least the following characteristics:

There must be a color laser printer with excellent quality prints (not inkjet)
At least 20 ppm color
There must be a printer, scanner, and (copiers, fax is not necessary, but no matter)
You need a USB printer
Easy access to ports for USB camera
It may be too great, because I want to lay on a table,
Wi-Fi is not essential but would be a good thing
Preferably less than $ 300
